Key Tasks

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve client’s problems in a courteous, professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Commit to building relationships with our clients and involving them as a partner in maintenance of their entire plumbing system.
• Think logically, follow set procedures and possess the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. 
• Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
• Educate clients to enable them to make an informed decision on services and options.

Key Requirements

• Clean cut, drug-free, clean background check & driving record, and professional.
• Have own basic hand tools.
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, sit, reach, stretch, climb, hear, see, read and write legibly. 
• Ability to work in a confined space or on a ladder.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people and possess an outgoing personality.

Desired Skills and Experience  

We find that a good candidate has a great ability and love of trouble-shooting and repairing in any field whether professionally or personally. If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount of skill and experience. You have to demonstrate that you have the desire to be a service technician by having at the minimum taken plumbing courses or worked in the professional field for a minimum of 2 years.
